I love me some comfort food! Applesauce is on the top of the list when it comes to foods that make me feel cozy.

I do hope you enjoy this recipe and the delicious familiar taste it brings.

It's been a while since a new recipe post over here, but I've got something delicious for you to whip up. This tasty yet filling salad has all the protein and nutrients you need. Let me know if you made the salad. Enjoy!

Fall is around the corner so bring on the comfort food without the guilt. I whipped up this delicious crumble in less than an hour and it's one of the best crumbles I ever made. Here's the recipe. Tell me what you think?


4 or 5 apples chopped

1/2 Cup Water

1 Cup Oats

1 Cup GF All Purpose Flour

1/2 Cup Coconut Sugar

1/2 tbsp Cinnamon

1/2 tbsp all spice

1 Cup Cold Vegan Butter

1/2 Tbsp Pure Vanilla

1/2 tsp salt

1 tbsp Honey

1 tbsp coconut oil

For Crumble

1/Cup Oats. 1/2 Cup Flour . 1/2 Cup Coconut Sugar. 2 tbsp Vegan Butter

Pre-heat oven to 375 F

Directions for crust

Mix Flour, Butter, salt, Honey water with mixer pour water in slowly until flour becomes ready to mould into the baking dish. Grease baking dish with butter and form dough in dish.

Directions for apples

In a bowl mix apples with spices and sugar and butter. Pour apples in baking dish with crust (sprinkle a tiny bit of water and flour in with the apples)

Directions for crumble

Add ingredients in a bowl and mix with your hand. Take a bit at a time and sprinkle to fully cover the apples when fully covered pop in the oven for 30-40 min.

Remove when golden brown, cool and serve
