"Simplicity" a word we all need to revert to in this day and age. In this fast paced stressful society we created for ourselves, it is important to take a step back and reevaluate our lifestyle. Am I living above and beyond my means? Is it really necessary for me to spread myself so thin that I don't take care of my own health? These are questions we should ask ourselves on a daily basis.
I believe our thought process on a whole is in desperate need of change; from what we eat to the environment we surround ourselves in. The way our creator designed for us to live is really quite simple, if the laws laid out for us were followed, we could save ourselves much heartache and stress.
Our motto is to live a simplistic lifestyle, dedicated to wholesome Plant Based Meals, Natural Remedies, Clean Simple Living & taking the utmost care of our bodies. Most importantly adopting the *8 laws of Health; Nutrition, Exercise, Water, Sunshine, Temperance, Air, Rest, Trust
As we continue to survive in this turbulent world we CAN live a pure, true & simplistic life.
