Happy November ya'll! It's a real dreary rainy day today, perfect day for some comfort food and a warm fire. I made this pasta a few days ago and I'm still eating the leftovers, that's how good it was! I'm not going to waste anymore time rambling on. I'll just leave the recipe right here and you'll thank me later!
Ingredients:
2 Cups Quinoa Pasta spirals
1 Cup Raw Split Cashews
1 Tbsp Seasoning Salt
1/2 Cup Water
1/2 Onion
1 Clove garlic
1/2 Cup lemon juice
1 tbsp vegan butter
Directions:
Boil pasta until soft strain and set aside on low heat
Blend- water, onion garlic cashews lemon juice, season salt until
Add butter to pasta and stir.
Slowly pour in cashew sauce and stir
Garnish & Serve
