These protein balls couldn't stay in my fridge long enough they were just that good!



Here's the recipe:

Ingredients


3 tbsp Almond Butter

1 Cup Dates

1/2 tsp Cinnamon 

1tsp Vanilla

1 tbsp Black Strap Molasses 

1 tsp Carob Powder

1 tsp water

1 tbsp crushed Pumpkin Seeds & Walnuts



Directions


1. Add dry ingredients in food processor 

2. Mix

3. Scoop out and shape into balls

4. Place on plate with crushed pumpkin and walnuts seeds and coat.

5. Chill & Serve

2 Carrots

1 Mango

1 Tsp Ginger

I just love a good Carob muffin and you will too once you try this delicious recipe.


So I try really hard not to eat any type of chocolate but I did have a small piece of Dark Cacao left in the fridge from over the holidays and I just added it to the recipe, I would suggest, however just sticking with the Carob Chips, No caffeine and healthier for you!


(Serves 6)


Ingredients


1 Banana

1 1/2 Cup Garbanzo Bean Flour

1/2 Tbsp pre-soaked Chia Seeds

1/2 Tbsp pre-soaked Ground Flax Seed

1/2 Tsp Vanilla

1/3 Cup Agave or Honey or Coconut Sugar

1/2 Cup almond milk or water

1/2 Cup Carob Powder

1/2 Cup Melted Cacao or Carob Chips

1 Tbsp Vegan Butter


Directions:


Preheat over to 375 F

Add Flour, Carob Powder and Sweetener, Vanilla, Banana & milk to mixer bowl Mix. Add Chia & Ground Flax seed and mix. Finally add vegan butter and melted Cacao or Carob. Mix until smooth. Grease muffin pans with coconut oil, pour batter in pans and place in over for 30 -40 min or until brown.


Garnish with crushed Pistachios or walnuts
